ClashX Download: How to Confirm It Comes from Official GitHub Releases
To keep your download safe, always get ClashX from official channels. The official download source is GitHub Releases, with URLs in the format github.com/ClashX-Pro/ClashX/releases.

How to Use ClashX: 3 Steps for Beginners

Download and Install
Download the official .dmg file and drag it into the Applications folder. On first launch, allow it to run in System Settings.

Import Subscription
Click the menu bar icon → Config → Remote Config → Manage, paste your subscription link, and set it as the current config.

Enable Proxy
Set the mode to "Rules" and turn on "Set as System Proxy." Your browser and apps should now be able to connect.
ClashX Not Connecting? Start With This Checklist
Most Common Issue: Subscription Link Invalid
Fix: contact your provider for a new subscription link, or check whether the current one has expired. Then choose "Update Config" from the menu to fetch it again.
Another Common Issue: System Proxy Not Enabled
Fix: click the ClashX menu bar icon and make sure "Set as System Proxy" is checked. For terminal apps, you may also need to enable TUN mode.
Node Issue: All Nodes Time Out
Fix: use the "Delay Test" feature to test all nodes and choose the one with the lowest latency. If they all fail, check your local network or contact your provider.
