🔧 What is TUN Mode?

TUN mode (Enhanced Mode) creates a virtual network interface to intercept all traffic at the network layer. Unlike traditional system proxy, TUN mode can proxy all application requests, including those that ignore system proxy settings.

Does TUN mode affect performance? ▼
TUN mode slightly increases CPU and memory usage, but barely noticeable on modern Macs. About 20-30MB more memory and less than 2% CPU during normal use.
